on there monthly support/licensing fee's, for all other callers a
$3.00 per minute, $30.00 minimum will be billed for the call.

In case of emergencies requiring support outside of our standard support hours,
you may call our Emergency After-Hours Support Line. Please have your credit card
ready. Emergency Technical Support is $4.00 per minute, $40.00
minimum, and is not included under the monthly support contract.

Video Training CD's
The BPA Video Training Series are available on CD. The CDs include tutorials on
setting up and operating the software. Training CD's are available for Business
Plus Accounting, BPA Touch Point of Sale, BPA Restaurant Professional, and BPA Restaurant
Delivery. Training CDs are $24.95 with S&H.
