Autostart Restaurant Delivery System on Boot

How can I automatically start the Restaurant Delivery System on system startup? I don't want to go to the BPA main menu, I want the system to start the POS application.

Running winXP , from explorer, simply create a shortcut of the BPA.exe, cut the shortcut, and paste it to the:
    C:\Do***ents and Settings\USER\Start Menu\Programs\Startup,

directory folder. The "USER" being whatever name is in do***ents and settings folder as the logged on user.
    I also "autohide" the taskbar.
    Hope this helps
