Thread: Cant access BPA

    Cant access BPA

    I keep getting a message on my server computer:
    "You are running BPA software on a resturant system! Call your provider"

    How do i resolve this issue.

    That could mean a couple of things. More than likely you are getting this on just a client computer. If that is the case then the network drive that is in my computer needs to be in a connected state. Simply open my computer on that machine and double click on the network drive. If you get any errors doing this then you have a windows network issue which will open the door to many possible problems.

    The other scenario is that you updated your software with the incorrect file. (like installing a Delivery Pro update on just a Restaurant Pro installation.)
