    Special Notes

    The special notes in our system is taking about a minute to pop up. Any ideas as to what is causing this. The rest of the system is fine. It is just when the wait staff needs to enter special notes for food items.

    It sounds like you need to post your table sales. I do know that in a very brief past version of bpa, the software was having trouble clearing out the special notes history. I don't know how long ago this was or if you are experiencing this but if you post your table sales and try it again, that should fix it.

    If it doesn't fix it, contact our support staff and upgrade your version of bpa. There is no charge to do this.
