The servers need to be able to type in unique special notes, or cashiers need to access the keyboard when closing the cash drawer. For these computers located in the dining floor there is much difficulty in storing and using a standard keyboard. We have tried using very compact keyboards that mount of the wall above where the touch screen is mounted but still they're awkward at best and more importantly they are very time consuming to use. This is something that automation should never do, make things slower and more difficult!

I would like to suggest, as I have seen in other restaurant software, an option to open an on-screen touch keybaord, whenever a keyboard may be required in any particular screen by the use of the dining floor staff. Including in Manager functions that our cashier cuses to run reports and close.

Thank you!
