Can we use recipies with side lists like potato or soup/salad lists? This would be usefull for say a Rosemary Potato who is made up of several sub-products.

Is it pratical to track things like oil, spices, salt, sugar which are bearely measurable?

I am new at setting up a restaurant and I would very much appreciate the info and/or any help I can get.
