Business Plus Accounting includes an employee, appointment, and resource scheduling system that allows you to keep track of a daily schedule for many different types of businesses. You can quickly and easily schedule and edit appointments. The simplicity allows for any employee to be able to operate the scheduling software with very little training.

You can define types of employees to schedule, assign employees to those types, and schedule other resources such as equipment or locations. Your schedule can be validated against your employee work schedule, and you can specify the times by day of the week that you are open and available for scheduling. Color codes make it easy to quickly view if an employee is scheduled for the day. A manager password can be set up to allow/disallow appointments to be made for an employee who is not scheduled.

You have the option to add custom notes to each appointment which are viewable by scrolling over the appointment block without having to enter the edit menu. Your appointment blocks can be easily increased or decreased in size by dragging the mouse directly on the schedule screen. You can also print off schedules by the click of a button.

Additionally, the scheduling system is able to integrate with the touch POS system so that billable products and inventory items can be attached to an appointment, and appointments can be pulled into the touch POS module and cashed out.
