'Business Software Solutions' Project Management Module is integrated with the standard product 'Business Plus Accounting'. This system allows you to a project oriented business by defining project and project components, tracking materials and hours used to complete components, and reusing components and component completion data to estimate and bid other jobs. Custom features can be added to any of Business Software Solutions products. Our current Engineering rate is $100.00/Hour.
Project Management Features:
- Define Project, Customer, and Location.
- Set Fixed Product And Service Prices For Each Project.
- Print A Project Price Report.
- Create Sub-Components For Each Project. Each Sub-Component Can Be Defined With Specific Products Or Services. The System Will Give You A Total Cost And Price For Each Sub-Component.
- The System Will Print A Project Estimate Report (Bid) Based On The Defined Project And Sub-Components.
- Enter Products And Services Completed And Show Estimated Costs Versus Actual Costs For Each Component And For The Project.
- The System Allows Entry Of Employees Hours Against The Project.
- You Can Define Overtime Rates for Each Project
- Invoices Are Generated Using The Products And Services Completed And Using The Time Clock Employee Hours. These Invoices Become Part Of Accounts Receivable.
- Print A Labor Report By Project, Component, Or Employee.
